Information we collect

When you submit our Contact or Admissions inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, relationship, care-level interest, and message you provide. We do not require an account, and we do not collect data from you passively beyond standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent) used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, and coordinate admissions. Form submissions are delivered by email to our admissions team at info@bethelresidentialcare.com. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How it is processed

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (CloudFront + S3) in the United States. Form submissions are processed by an AWS Lambda function and delivered through Amazon SES. We use Google Analytics in aggregate, anonymized form to understand site traffic.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained in our admissions mailbox for as long as needed to serve you and to comply with Maryland assisted-living recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting info@bethelresidentialcare.com or calling 240-437-0000.

Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited at the network edge. We do not store credit-card or payment data on this site.
