How is pricing determined?+
Pricing is based on the room type selected and the care level required (Level I, II, or III). We provide a personalized quote after an initial assessment.
Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?+
We accept private pay and long-term care insurance. Please contact us to discuss your specific coverage options — our team is happy to help you navigate the options.
Is there a community fee or deposit?+
Yes, there is a one-time community fee and a security deposit. These are discussed and disclosed during the admission process before any commitment is made.
Can pricing change over time?+
Rates are reviewed annually. Any changes are communicated in writing with at least 30 days' notice as required by Maryland regulations.
What is NOT included in the monthly rate?+
Items not included: prescription medications, physician visits, specialist care, personal hygiene products, salon/barber services, and personal clothing. We'll provide a full itemized list at admission.
